Synopsis: Faye Donovan has lost everything. After her parent’s tragic death, she’s whisked away from her home in Ireland when an unknown uncle surfaces as her new guardian.  Dropped smack-dab into the All-American dream, Faye should feel grateful. Except living with her wealthy uncle, his fashion-empire-owning wife, and their seven screwed-up sons is quickly turning into a nightmare—especially when certain inappropriate feelings arise. Kyler has sworn off girls, yet Faye gets under his skin. The more he pushes her away, the more he’s drawn to her, but acting on those feelings risks a crap-ton of prejudice, and any whiff of scandal could damage the precious Kennedy brand. Concealing their feelings seems like the only choice. But when everyone has something to hide, a secret is a very dangerous thing.- Amazon

What do you do when your world ends and you get thrown into a life you never expected? Faye has a lot to deal with since her parents died and now she must leave her home to live with an uncle she’s never even heard of. There is a lot of mystery in this story and you get hit with it the moment Faye meets her Uncle and then her cousins. This story just grabs you from the first page and pulls you making you want more answers to all the questions that get thrown at you.

Faye is a feisty thing and I just love her character so much. She has to put on a strong front to survive or else the heartache will kill her. I can’t imagine what that would be like to go through what she has and trying to survive on my own. She’s strong and has had to learn how to be that way since she was younger and some shit happened to her. I love how she gives as good as she gets.

Now her cousins are really a piece of work, starting with Kyler who she meets first and get a lovely welcome from (not really). I like how her relationships with her cousins grow and how half of them don’t really care for her and some are just caught up in their own drama. Kalvin is hilarious in that dick kind of sense. I love how she doesn’t back down from his teasing and always gets him in the end. Kyler is really moody and hard to gauge in the beginning, going hot and cold with Faye just drives me crazy.

All the other characters in the story just add to it and I’m so glad she has that support in her new home. Rose is a great and unexpected friend as well as Brad. Now Addison though, she is such a bitch and is up to something, I really freaking dislike her.

This story likes to toss you around and throw things at you leaving you with question. I really liked it and that ending just killed me leaving me needing to know more. I just devoured this book in one sitting and now moving on to the second.
