Could You Marry A Porn Star?

If given the chance, would you marry a porn star? Could you make a life with someone who brings with them such a colorful past? Would you be able to look beyond her past and forward towards making a future with them? Or would it be too much for you to overcome? That is something that popular JAV star Satomi Yuria is asking potential suitors as she looks to move away from the JAV scene and potentially starts looking for a man who would make a suitable husband.

Oddly enough, many fans of hers, who have lusted over her (and more in private) have been wondering if someone would be willing to take the risk and marry someone with such a past. They wonder if she would truly be happy with one man after being with so many and are judging her for her life choices despite being fans and followers of her chosen profession.

This is nothing short of hypocritical, in my opinion, as these are the same men that have enjoyed her numerous JAV exploits over the past ten years. The same men who openly admit to lusting over Satomi Yuria are now denying her a chance at happiness because they feel she is impure or even unworthy of marital bliss. What is it with this double standard in society. I know I am talking about Japanese society in particular in this instance, but I know this is an instance that also occurs in Western culture as well.

Did Satomi Yuria appear in more than 400 JAV films over the course of more than ten years? Yes, but why should that exclude her from being able to find someone to make her happy as someone’s wife? You mean to tell me that out of everyone out there, not one man in Japan would be able to look passed her past and build a future with her. That you believe that she is incapable of moving on from a life that she built as an adult entertainer and settle into a simpler life.

Why should her past keep her from a future full of happiness? Don’t we all deserve to be happy? Why should her past exclude her from that? If you can’t deal with her former career choice, then pack up and move along – I am sure someone out there can. Personally, I would like to think that I could live with someone with that kind of past. I have my wife and kids now, but if I was single, and if she would allow, I think I could be someone who could look passed her past and make her happy. Is there someone else out there who can do the same? Or are you all the kind of men (and women) who wouldn’t be able to?
